Scheme & Sketch: Clean Sweep

An example character for a contest I'm holding at NerdsOnTheRocks.com called Scheme and Sketch where folks can submit superhero/supervillain descriptions and each week I'll draw the most interesting one.  Let's see if I get any takers.

And I really must learn how to draw black plastic bags. Looks like he's stepping on a small cow that had all its extremities removed.
