Frank has nothing to do with Tavern Tales. He's just a monster I always draw. I didn't even notice that he kept showing up until someone pointed it out to me.
I'm currently doing character designs for issue two of Dead Utopia. Not sure if I'm allowed to post them yet. They'll probably be added to the blog once the issue goes to print.

Deadly wallflower

Flunkie is another student of the Professor and has the power of invisibility. I believe that's everyone who made an appearance in Tavern Tales so far minus the intro chapter.

Circle of superhero names

Darkhawk Darkwing Nightwing Nighthawk. Rinse and repeat. Nighthawk has the ability to generate high/low pitched voices. And he flies.

I usually listen to one song when I do one of these so I'm going to start listing them. For Nighthawk it was Back in the Mud by Bubba Sparxxx.

Tick tock slash

The classic story of a boy crushed during the rampage of an ancient evil in a desert town only to be rebuilt with cruel machinery by his parents. And that boy is Fyacin, the clockwork angel.

Phew. That was a rush. I keep giving myself less and less time to do these. Anywhoo, here's the first hero I've done, Swan. He says "friendo" a lot. I think you can guess what his power is.

Next up is GameMaster. I'll let him describe his power:
I enter people's dreams and screw with them. Much akin to Freddy Kreuger. The things I do to people in their dreams can physically effect them in real life. Ex: I spank someone real hard in their dream and when they wake up they have a red hand print on their buttocks.

And so it begins

Ello there. I shall be using this site to post some sketches (hopefully at least one a day) and bits of projects I'm working on. To kick things off I'm going to draw a new character everyday from a good friend of mine's superheroish story he's currently in the midst of writing over at a mysterious forum of mystery.

This is Geo. He controls the wind. His name and power confuse me.

This is Typhoid. He's just like the Flash. Except evil. And Canadian.
